Hanover Haircutters opened in 2003. The shop was started by Bob Romano after moving to the Upper Valley from Boston, MA where he owned Romano’s Barbershop for 40 years. In 2019 Bob’s son Ryan became a partner in the Business. Ryan who is a 4th generation barber owned Romano’s Barbershop is Stowe, VT for over a decade before moving to Hanover, NH with his family to work with his father. Together, in 2020, Bob & Ryan moved the shop from its original space on Lebanon St. to its new location at 35 S.Main St. in downtown Hanover. The shop offers customers a comfortable space with pool table, TVs, WiFi, espresso machine and bar. Stop by and say hello to Bob, Ryan, Kristin, Morgan and the shop mascot, Gus, the French bulldog.
